Returns & Exchanges
- Unwashed and unused items with all the labels intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund/exchange. Any items returned after 14 days will receive a credit note.
- If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense. When returning items please use registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order must first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. There will be an extra delivery charge for all exchanges.
- If an item you receive is damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange it if the item is still available. If the item has sold out, we will provide you with a refund. Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving the damaged/faulty item. We will cover postage costs to ship back damaged items.
- When returning items please use registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

If your delivery goes missing please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number so we can do our best to locate your parcel.
Please ensure the correct address is provided on orders. All orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur an extra delivery charge to repost order.
Please note Appleberry Lane cannot be held responsible if a package goes missing with the carrier.
