Refunds & Exchanges

At Appleberry Lane we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your items do not fit or aren’t quite as you  expected we are more than happy to exchange your items or issue you with a refund or store credit.

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of order.
  • All returned goods must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached. (please note – we do not return or exchange sale products or gift cards, so please choose carefully)
  • Please ensure your items are returned using a secure and insured delivery service (such as registered post), as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
  • Please note: If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in original condition.
  • If an item you receive is damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange it if the item is still available. If the item has sold out, we will provide you with a refund. Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
    Where goods are deemed faulty by us, we will refund or exchange if goods are returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
